Online Comments Policy

Online comments should be focused on the subject matter being discussed. We don’t share your first, last name and or email address when you post a comment. Only your account nickname will be visible to the public. Please do not leave personal information such as your home telephone number or address in your comment.

Please be courteous and respectful when addressing others. You are prohibited from posting comments that may be considered by Legal Technology Reviews to be unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, profane, hateful, offensive, harmful, vulgar, distasteful, defamatory, invasive of another’s privacy or proprietary rights, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. Additionally, sales pitches, over-promotion of your brand or company and spam are prohibited. Any posts violating these rules won’t be approved to be shown on the site

Any violation of this Online Comments Policy may result in the revocation of your future access to Legal Technology Reviews.

How do Providers Receive Ratings?

The rating is used to grade the quality of the member’s experience with a provider. The system we use is a scale from 1 to 5 stars (being 1 star “The lowest rating” and 5 stars “The best rating”) The data-score are averaged depending on the number of reviews.

Providers can’t change their rating on the List and they aren’t allowed to grade themselves. Only Legal Technology Reviews members, through their reviews, have the ability to change a company’s overall score only if there are any justified reason or request.

How do Providers Get on the Site?

Most companies on the site were added when a member submitted feedback about the quality of their work. At that time, we set up a profile for the business to accompany the review. If a company you’ve used isn’t on the List yet, add them by submitting a review so other members can find out about their work!

How do I request to be removed from the site?

This requirement will only be taken if you have a relationship with the provider.

How do I Delete a Review?

We will not remove a review, negative or positive, from our website unless:

1. The member who posted the feedback contacts us to remove it.

2. The review is part of Complaint Resolution and the issue was successfully resolved.

3. We confirm that the comments were fraudulently posted.

To remove one of your reviews, please send us a request. Be sure to include the name of the provider in any written request. Once your review has been deleted, you are welcome to submit a new review. Additionally, if you change your mind and you’d like to re-post your original comments, just let us know!

How do I Change my Password?

You can change your password by selecting My Account from the main menu drop down account. Look for the Personal Details section and click the Change Password button.

In this section, enter your current password and new password twice to confirm it perfectly.

*Please remember that passwords are case-sensitive and must contain at least 8 characters, one lowercase letter, one capital letter and one number, may include any combination of them even special characters (@%\/”!$^?:,(){}[]~-_). Select Update Passsword when you’re finished.

Does Legal Technology Reviews Accept Anonymous Reviews?

We don’t accept anonymous feedback in an effort to prevent purposeful manipulation of a company’s rating and to ensure fairness.

Any company can also send us a request so that their contact information will appear on the Legal Technology Reviews.
